We mostly just offer tshirts, but have done polis before, but they are not embroidery as we dont offer that in house.

Can you send me actual art files or hi resolution transparent pngbimage files? The image you sent is a mockup, which yes I definitely can make them happen! But I just need the actual art to print from.

Best thing you can do is ask Chat in the same thread to "generate the artwork for both sides on a transparent background, not on a tshirt mock"
Once you have that, send those my way and let me see if I need to doctor the art at all to make print quality!
